The cap is an USA size 7 or metric size 56 and it was manufactured in 2004 by Bernard Cap Co., Inc of Hialeah, Florida. These dress blues hats are old new stock and were never issued or used and can be currently used authorized wearers. This dress hat is worn by active duty, reserve, or National Guard Band or Honor Guard field officer members for formal duties requiring the USAF Dress Blues Uniform combination. The unique items for this USAF dress blues hat are the silver front chin strap instead of the usual black leather one and a back black chin strap along with the silver edge for the cap's peak.
